In Memory of Rose Nan-Ping Chen (1949–2025)
With deep sadness, we share the passing of our founder, Rose Nan-Ping Chen, on January 9, 2025. For more than two decades, Rose devoted her life to building bridges of understanding between the United States and China through The Rose Group and the creation of ChinaFest. Her vision, energy, and kindness touched countless lives and communities. Rose’s extraordinary legacy will live on through ChinaFest, which continues to inspire cultural dialogue and will mark its 21st anniversary in 2026.
