Grace Young : her wonderful award-winning videos , Wok Therapist, The Breath of a Wok, and Chinese Trinidadian Chicken with Mango Chutney

 

Grace Young is a cookbook author and culinary historian. She and Harrison Jeffs are the recipients of the 2020 James Beard Digital Media Award for their Wok Therapist comedy video. Grace is also a five-time IACP award winner.

Harrison Jeffs is a filmmaker, editor, and videographer located in Los Angeles. He currently works as the head editor for 60 Second Docs. Since graduating from Emerson College in 2018, Harrison’s clients have included Lionsgate, Hulu, Focus Features, Participant Media, IFC Films, Go Fund Me, and Save the Children. He has also won a Webby Award, a James Beard Award, and a Shorty Award for his work.
